University of Missouri needed signage at a newly established roundabout that would welcome its visitors and guide traffic flow. The university entrusted IAA to envision and realize a functional, memorable, and transformative gateway to campus.
At the nexus of Tiger Avenue and Hospital Drive, the university roundabout now features an iconic, sixteen-foot monument. This dynamic sculpture, a reimagined and double-sided rendition of the revered MU mark, ensures visual impact from every vantage point. Internally illuminated, it commands attention both day and night, offering a continuous beacon reflective of the university’s dedication to guiding and illuminating the path to a brighter future for generations to come. Beyond its function as a campus landmark, this design strategically frames the approach to Memorial Stadium, forging a powerful new symbol for MU Football and leaving an indelible mark on the university's landscape and identity.
