The design capitalized on existing elements, strategically repurposing infrastructure, which resulted in creative solutions throughout. Additionally, finishes were an important element of this project. Our team wanted to deliver a unique space, authentic to the Metro 24 community. By incorporating brand assets within a range of accents, we created a dynamic space highlighted by geometric patterns, custom graphics, and bold textures that achieve a sense of place and embrace the space’s new tenant.
