It’s important to our team at IAA that we build a culture of collaboration and growth, where each employee feels safe and excited to contribute. Yesterday we had an office retreat where we played lots of pickle ball in the morning, then gathered at the office with a leadership consultant to analyze ourselves as a firm, strategize who we want to be, and lay out the actions to take in order to achieve that.

We stand strong on the principles that have made IAA into the company it is today and we’re excited to explore ways to improve who we are – an architecture studio at the intersection of innovation, expertise, and quality in design.
