We are excited about the year ahead, and ready to add some fresh talent to our team. We are looking for design-focused individuals with two to five years experience to join our firm full time. Candidates must display excellent proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. At IAA, all team members are involved on each step of the project, from design through construction. Therefore, strong communication and coordination skills are crucial, along with an eagerness to collaborate, design and create. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program is required, and a Master’s, highly desirable.
