This past Tuesday, following a site visit at Johnston and Wolpers Residence Halls, Majid and Andy stopped to check on IAA’s newly renovated Sabai dining hall, a Southeast Asian venue at Johnston Residence Hall at the University of Missouri.   They found the new Sabai busy with students and faculty.  At the test kitchen, they ran into Eric Cartwright, Executive Chef, busy preparing for the first demonstration of the test kitchen.  In addition, Majid and Andy were surprised by Carter Lawson, Assistant Manager, who treated them with sample dishes from the Sabai menu.  The meal was enjoyed, and both Majid and Andy were happy to see students and staff also enjoying the new Sabai.  Congratulations!
