As 2017 winds down and we begin looking to 2018, we are eagerly anticipating what they new year will hold – especially given the newest addition to the IAA team. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Jessica Osborn worked in magazine publishing before recently joining our office. As Marketing Coordinator, she will play a critical and far-reaching role, helping IAA to put its best foot forward! Her love of research, writing, and getting to know those around her has made Jessica both an easy, as well as helpful addition to the office. We’re excited to see where 2018 – and she – takes us!
