We are incredibly honored to be featured by MidCoast Design Record as one of the winners from this year’s AIA Kansas City Excellence in Design Awards ceremony. IAA’s project, “Tidal,” also known as the Shawnee Mission Park Beach House, received a Citation Award in the Concept category. MidCoast Design Record is a media platform, operated by architects and designers, that showcases noteworthy and unique projects throughout the region.
